1) Global Head of Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales analysis, overseeing account management, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. We are focused on growing our staffing business, and are looking forward to hiring someone who can lead this venture.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Sales and Sales Management skills (4+ years)

  • Team Management and Leadership skills (4+ years)

  • Account Management experience (4+ years)

  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in the software development industry is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
